Death Stranding 2: On the Beach

What is it?

An action game where you carry cargo on your back and deliver it on foot to reconnect a broken land. You plan how to cross mountains and rivers, and bridges or tools left by other players can help you along.

Why it matters

Kojima is one of the best-known Japanese game creators overseas. Film-like visuals and famous actors drew heavy attention from international media and fans.

The numbers abroad

No official sales figure has been released. An analyst firm estimates about 2.5 million copies, but that is only an estimate, not a publisher number.
